This is not more less than a nightmare that you have to finish out a very important project and you have came with an Windows 7 startup error… even several tries cannot help you to reach up to the welcome screen as in the middle of the process it gets restarted.  Though, you can call up the system maintenance provider guy but you don’t have enough time to wait; then in such a situation why panic when if you are using Windows 9 can handle such situation of your own without any Windows 7 setup disk.
Most of the time Windows fails to start because of Missing or damaged system files, Registry errors, missing linked or shared dll files all these can be fixed very easily… however if the problem is because of any hardware… it won’t fix it….but even though it is worth to be tried if you are experiencing trouble booting into Windows…. How… using the Startup Repair Tool in Windows 7.
How to repair windows 7 using the Windows 7 Startup Repair Tool:
So you are facing Windows 7 startup problem as it restart automatically in the middle of the process…  so upon restart have you ever noticed the Windows Error Recovery screen… with an option as Startup Repair or try to boot Windows normally.
The above error only appears if you have your windows error on normal start either it wont show the above screen.. so in case if it doesn’t displayed you you can get into it manually. Power the computer completely down, and when you power it up again, keep hitting the F8key until you see the Advanced Boot Options screen. Once you get to this screen, highlightRepair Your Computer and hit Enter.

After you click on the option Startup Repair You will see the message…Windows is loading files
Now from the next screen choose the right keyboard input method.
You’ll need to log on as a local user, or as administrator if you want to access the command prompt too.
After the above screen; now it will came up with several different System Recovery Options to choose from. Click on Startup Repair to begin the troubleshooting process as it can detect and fix problems.
Now wait for a while until the startup repair begins the scan and attempts to repair the system. Don’t panic here as sometime it may take few minutes to complete.

However you can also try a system restore method in place of Startup Repair option… but it is recommended you should try first System Repair as this will maintain the settings as well as the recent software or hardware installation.
